GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

The Webshop sells "mystery box" and "return pack" type products.

The products:

• may be returned, outlet or new products
• are sold in checked, but mixed composition packages
• the content of the package is unknown in advance

The buyer acknowledges that the product:

• has a random composition
• is assembled as a unique package

The contract is concluded upon submission and confirmation of the order.

Before finalizing the order, the buyer declares that they have:

• read the GTC
• accepted it

4.1 Prices

All prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF). Prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time indicated on the website. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment methods

• Bank card payment
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

4.3 Time of payment

In case of online payment, it occurs when the order is placed.

4.4 Invoicing

The Seller issues an electronic invoice. The invoice is sent by email or is available in connection with the order.

4.5 Incorrect prices

In the case of an obviously incorrect price (e.g., HUF 0 due to a technical error or a price significantly different from the market value), the Seller is not obliged to fulfill the contract, but may offer fulfillment at the correct price or withdraw from the contract.

5.2 Delivery fees

The delivery fee is displayed in the checkout before the order is finalized.

5.3 Delivery deadline

Orders are processed on working days. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order, in other cases the Seller will inform the Buyer.

Mystery boxes are assembled after the order is processed, so the delivery time may be longer during certain periods. The Seller will inform the Buyer in advance if necessary.

5.4 Package acceptance

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, a record must be requested from the courier service.

5.5 Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery fails due to a reason attributable to the Buyer, the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the Buyer.

5.6 Ownership and risk of loss

The ownership of the product transfers to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price, and the risk of loss transfers upon receipt of the product.

Consumers are entitled to an unconditional right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the product, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

6.1 Cost of return

In case of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer.

6.2 Condition of the product

The Consumer is obliged to use the product as intended and return it in its original condition.

If the product is:

• incomplete
• damaged
• used to an extent exceeding the level of trial

the Business is entitled to deduct the depreciation of the product from the amount to be refunded.

6.3 Mystery box nature

The buyer acknowledges that the product:

• has a mixed, random composition
• is delivered as a unique package

The right of withdrawal applies to the entire package; breaking open the package does not preclude the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

7.1 Submitting a complaint

The buyer can submit a complaint by email (azkomoly.hu@gmail.com).

7.2 Investigation of the complaint

The Seller investigates the complaint as soon as possible. Written complaints are answered in writing within 30 calendar days at the latest.

7.3 Protocol

If complaint handling occurs by phone or in person, a protocol will be drawn up if necessary, which will be stored for the period specified by law.

7.4 Legal remedies

If the buyer is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, they are entitled to:

• contact the competent consumer protection authority,
• initiate conciliation body proceedings,
• turn to the court.

Due to the nature of the products, the Webshop does not take responsibility for:

• the products meeting individual tastes
• the subjective evaluation of the content

9.1 Scope of the GTC

The GTC applies to all orders placed in the webshop. By placing an order, the buyer accepts the provisions of the GTC.

9.2 Amendment of the GTC

The Seller is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The amendment comes into force upon publication on the website and applies to orders placed after its entry into force.

9.3 Partial invalidity

If any provision of the GTC proves to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

9.4 Applicable law

The present GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, as well as the current legislation on consumer protection and electronic commerce.

9.5 Entry into force

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from July 10, 2026, and are valid until revoked or amended.
