The purpose of this Data Processing Policy is to detail how we collect, store, and use your data when using the azkomoly.hu webshop (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) and when purchasing mystery box products.

3.1. Webshop Purchase and Order Fulfillment

When purchasing a mystery box in the Webshop, providing data is mandatory for the fulfillment of the contract.

Scope of processed data: First name, last name, billing address, shipping address (if different), email address, phone number, details of the purchased product, payment method.

Purpose of data processing: Processing the order, compiling and shipping the mystery box, facilitating payment, maintaining customer contact, and fulfilling accounting obligations.

Legal basis for data processing: Performance of a contract [Article 6(1)(b) GDPR], or compliance with a legal obligation (in the case of invoicing) [Article 6(1)(c) GDPR].

Duration of data processing: The Data Controller is obliged to retain accounting documents for 8 years, according to Section 169 (2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

3.2. User Account Registration (Optional)

Scope of processed data: Name, email address, password, history of previous purchases.

Purpose of data processing: Making purchases more convenient, tracking orders.

Legal basis for data processing: Your voluntary consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR].

Duration of data processing: Until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn.

3.3. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

Scope of processed data: Name, email address.

Purpose of data processing: Sending notifications about promotions, new mystery box drops, exclusive offers, and promotions.

Legal basis for data processing: Your explicit and voluntary consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR].

Duration of data processing: Until unsubscribing (withdrawal of consent). An unsubscribe link is provided at the bottom of every newsletter.

3.4. Live Streams and Sweepstakes

If orders are unboxed during live broadcasts (e.g., TikTok, Twitch, YouTube) or winners' names are announced in connection with the Webshop:

Scope of processed data: First name, Initials, Order number or Username (as individually agreed). We do not process/display full names and exact addresses during live broadcasts.

Purpose of data processing: Providing a community experience, interactive mystery box unboxing, running sweepstakes.

Legal basis for data processing: Your explicit consent (during the purchase process or via a separate checkbox).

Duration of data processing: Until the sweepstakes or live stream campaign concludes.

In addition to the Data Controller, the following partners (data processors) carry out data processing and storage to the extent necessary for their tasks.
